- Welcome to iorta Technology Solutions. We care about your privacy, and this policy explains how we handle your personal information when you visit our website at https://www.iorta.ai.
- This policy covers the website only. Where we build, host or operate systems for a client under contract, the personal data inside those systems is governed by that agreement and by the client’s own privacy notice, not by this policy.
What we collect
- Information you give us. When you submit the enquiry form on our website, we
collect the details you enter:
- Your full name
- Your contact number
- Your work email address
- Your company
- Your management level and the solution you are interested in
- A preferred date and time for a call, if you provide one
- The message you write describing what you are trying to move
- Information collected automatically. Our hosting and content delivery
infrastructure records standard server data when a page is served, which may include:
- Your IP address and the approximate region it indicates
- Your browser type and device operating system
- The pages requested, the time of the request, and the referring page
- We do not currently run analytics, advertising or behavioural tracking software on this website. If we introduce any, we will update this policy and the cookie section below before doing so.
How we use your information
- To respond to you. We use the details you submit to answer your enquiry, arrange a call, and provide the information or services you have asked about.
- To improve our website. We review server data to keep the site available, diagnose faults, and understand which pages are useful.

- Security measures. We operate an information security management system certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022, and apply those practices to protect your data from unauthorised access and misuse.
- Restricted access. Only authorised staff can access enquiry data, and we review those permissions regularly.
- Encryption in transit. The website is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are encrypted in transit.
- Limitations. We work hard to keep your data safe, but no online system is completely secure.
Sharing your information
- We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.
- Form processing. Our enquiry form is delivered by Web3Forms, a third-party form-to-email service. The details you submit pass through their systems on the way to us, and are handled under their privacy policy.
- Fonts. Our pages load typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser requests those files directly from Google, which means Google receives your IP address and browser details as part of that request.
- Hosting. The website is hosted on cloud infrastructure, and our provider processes server data on our behalf in order to serve the site.
- We may share data with other trusted partners who help us run our website or provide our services, but only as far as necessary and under appropriate obligations.

- Our responsibilities. We keep your data secure and accurate, notify you of a breach where required, and provide a route to raise concerns. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.

- At the date above, iorta.ai does not set any cookies of its own, and does not use analytics, advertising or behavioural tracking cookies.
